All prices of the Products or Services are final, announced in BGN (BGN), including VAT and all other required taxes or fees. FABER-PRINT Ltd. delivers the ordered products on the territory of Bulgaria through a courier company to an address specified by the User or to an office of the courier company specified by the User. Payment for purchased goods and services

When paying by bank transfer in BGN, the User deposits an amount equal to the value of the order in the specified bank account of "FABER-PRINT" Ltd. only after the deposit is confirmed, the ordered goods and services are delivered. Payment period

The payment period for orders that require advance payment is up to 7 days from the date of order generation on the website. If the payment is not made after this deadline, the order is considered invalid.


Electronic publications

When purchasing electronic publications, the User undertakes to familiarize himself with the information provided on the site relating to the purchase and use of electronic publications.

Right to refuse purchased goods

According to Article 50 of the CPA, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract without stating a reason, without paying compensation or penalty, except for the cost of returning the goods. Books and magazines are subject to return if they have defects or shortcomings that interfere with the perception of the semantic integrity of the text or have distorted their appearance - white pages, missed, shuffled or inverted cars, torn covers. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of FABER-PRINT Ltd.




Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
