Assoc. Prof. Margarita Pesheva, Dr. of Philosophy, Institute for Philosophical Researches at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, Veliko Turnovo University “St. Cyril and St. Methodius”. Author of monographs and scientific publications in the field of electronic media, political and media marketing as “Television – The Political Machine”, “Palace of Daedalus. Bulgarian Television - History Experience”, “Television in Transition”, “Inverted Mirror” and others. From 2001 to 2010 she was a member and twice a Chairperson of the Council for Electronic Media (CEM). She is now a member of the Council for Electronic Media Expertise and member of the Union of the Bulgarian Journalists.
